Grill Like the Pork Rind Lover You Are

This summer, #LetsGetSauced. We don’t mean with a dainty salad or too-tart lemonade. What you need is to fire up the charcoal and smell the scent of charred beef on the grill.

tweet graphic trans Grill Like the Pork Rind Lover You Are3 master #grilling tips from the #porkrind pit pros:

Follow the ultimate man’s guide for grilling, grab a bag or two of Rudolph’s Pork Rinds and you’ll be king of the BBQ.

1. Keep the grate hot, clean, and oiled. This is the grill master’s mantra. Follow it to keep food from sticking and for world class grill marks. Before grilling, scrub the hot grate with a wire brush, then rub it with a tightly folded paper towel dipped in oil. Scrub the grate again when you’re finished cooking.

2. Grip, don’t stab. Use a pair of tongs – not a barbecue fork or, worse, a knife – to turn meat or move it around on the grill.

3. Give it a rest. Meat served right off the grill will taste tough and dry, but a post-grill rest allows the muscle fibers to reabsorb the juices, resulting in a tender and succulent cut.

Crunch through National Nutrition Month

All Rudolph’s Pork Rinds fans know that these crispy bites of goodness are maxed out in protein. With 17 grams in each serving, they’re a great way to end a work out and repair muscles, cartilage, and tissues. But did you know that pork rinds, by nature, are also rich in gelatin? Gelatin, an animal protein, is high in glycine, which promotes sleep, helps to ease joint pain, and contains easy to digest calcium that can help support healthy bones.
