Wow! I knew that pork rinds were my favorite crunchy snack, but I really had no idea that there were so many of you out there that like ‘em as much as I do!

Maybe it’s time for me to get a bigger mailbox! I've loved every letter, recipe suggestion, fan mail and Valentine’s Day card (I’m blushing!) I've received.

And please don’t forget to spread the word to your friends about Mary’s Kitchen Club. If you have any clever thoughts, recipes or humorous anecdotes you want to share, don’t be shy – send me a letter!

Q. What a great place to share recipes, funny anecdotes and other pork rind related fun! I love your new web site. I’m a fan of the traditional variety, but have heard that I can now enjoy them in several different flavors. Is this true and where can I find them?

A. Yes, my dear, what you have heard is true! Once only available in the traditional flavor, you can now find pork rinds with a barbeque, hot and spicy, salt & vinegar zest and more. These are all flavored naturally – and as we both know, that’s nothing to sneeze at when it comes to a healthy snack.
