Pork Rind Crust
1 bag Rudolph’s Pork Rinds, crushed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
Toppings for the Ultimate Pork Rind Pizza:
The Classic: Fresh Tomato Sauce, fresh mozzarella, spinach
Sausage Lover’s: Crumbled sausage, pepperoni, sliced garlic, green onion
Golden Onion: Carmelized onions, mozzarella cheese, olives
Market Veggies: Roasted potatoes, garlic, olives, oregano
Kale & Beef: Crumbled beef, sliced green onions, torn kale
Mix all the ingredients well, press into a nonstick sprayed pie pan, going up the sides. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes.
Add your toppings, then re-bake until cheese and toppings are hot. This recipe can easily be doubled to fit a pizza pan.
